Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Minimum five years of experience in clinical skills, project management, and/or adult education required. Valid and current California Registered Nurse license required.

Experience with specific programs and/or applications including Microsoft office, word, Excel, Power point, etc. as well as educational software such as CAE, LearningSpace, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology. Able to work and interact respectfully with faculty, staff and standardized patients in a variety of circumstances in a professional manner. Able to work as a team member to accomplish specific goals; work in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude; maintain a high level of confidentiality. Able to think critically: perform basic math functions: manage multiple assignments simultaneously; organize and prioritize workloads; work well under pressure: problem-solve; recall information; pay close attention to detail: work independently with minimal supervision and seek guidance when necessary, ability to accept and apply suggestions and changes in a constructive and positive manner, and conceptualize new and effective ways of performing job duties. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
