Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Animal Science, or other related field required. Master’s Degree in Clinical Embryology or Andrology preferred. Minimum three years of experience in an accredited fertility center preferred.

Must be knowledgeable of all testing and procedures done within a fertility center laboratory, including both embryology and andrology. Excellent analytic skills. Excellent ability to plan and organize technical work and manage projects. Clear speaking ability. Operating equipment. Data entry. Excellent digital dexterity. Ability to recognize equipment malfunction and make changes to maintain the viability of the specimen. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills. Cooperates harmoniously with others and shares information in a timely and appropriate manner. Ability to perform solve/reason; analyze and interpret data; assess and evaluate processes and needs; organize work; explain and teach; attention to detail. Ability to see and distinguish colors, hear and verbally communicate in person and on the telephone.
